Summer campaign of blood donation implemented by the team of the Institution for blood transfusion in Nis with the support of Palilula Municipality is organized in NKC. Ten people voluntaries gave this precious liquid from Palilula, said Dr Biljana Nikolic, assistant to the manager of the Institution and head of Service for blood collection. The action was supported by newly elected Palilula Municipal president Boban Dzunic with his associates. President Dzunic emphasized the importance of good willing blood donation and called the Municipal residents to be also the part of these activities.

Campaign was completed with the action of Nis cultural center `Book for life` within which every good willing blood donor could choose one book and take it home. ` We sent the invitation to the book lovers to bring at least one book that is maybe a book more in their home library and take part in this action – said Goran Stankovic, editor of special programmes of NKC.
